What is "Learn To Play"

Organised by the Singapore Disability Sports Council

Being physically challenged should not restrict you in your enjoyment of sports. The Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) brings the Learn To Play (LTP) programme to encourage disabled individuals to enjoy sports as recreation and pursue a healthy lifestyle.

Good fun aside, sports can show you a whole new world of possibilities. In the LTP programmes, you will learn the basics of your selected sport and take the first step to broaden the limits of your world, as you pick up new skills to enhance your mental and physical strengths, and make new friends.

Through these, we hope that the LTP programmes will start you on your journey towards a more balanced and healthier lifestyle.

The Learn-To-Play Programme are carried out in several phases every year. The number of sessions in each phase depend on the sport played. Applicants will notified of the confirmation for their registration or kept informed of other activities if they are unable to join the programme then.
