How to Register

To register for the Learn-To-Play sessions, please fill in the Learn-To-Play Registration and Indemnity Forms and return them to:

Registration will only be confirmed upon the receipt of payment of the registration fee.

Payment

You can pay the registration fee using:

A) Cash and cheque payment at our office, or

B) Cheque made payable to Singapore Disability Sports Council and mailed to our office.
