Tokyo, Japan - The Asian Paralympic Committee (APC) and the Tokyo, 2009 Asian Youth Para Games Organizing Committee (TAYPOC) signed the host city contract for the Tokyo 2009, Asian Youth Para Games on the 10th June 2008.
Stars of SHINE (SOS) is a youth role model award held in concurrent with SHINE Youth Festival. Over 200,000 youth were part of SHINE 2007 with a wide assortment of activities. The award was inaugurated in 2007 and it is jointly supported by MCYS and The National Youth Council.
