Team Singapore athletes bound for the London 2012 Olympics were ‘mobbed’ by well-wishers during the launch of the National Well-Wishing Campaign at the Jurong Regional Library.

Disability Sports, An Eye-Opener for Unity Secondary School Student Leaders

On 5 June 2012, the Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) and Kids Inclusive Sports Club (KISC) collaborated with Unity Secondary School to introduce modified disability sports to the student leaders during their Student Leader Camp.

News: Team Singapore has been presented the flag they will be flying at the 2012 London Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games. The teams were presented the flag at a presentation ceremony at SingTel ComCentre.

News: Three youths receive Singapore Youth Award

Three outstanding youths were accorded the nation's highest youth accolade on Sunday. The Singapore Youth Award recognises significant contributions and achievements by exemplary youths. The winners are third-time Paralympic sailor Mr Jovin Tan, research scientist Dr Yeo Sze Ling, and poet Mr Aaron Maniam. The winners received their awards from Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the Istana.
