World’s Strongest Competition for the Disabled 2007

On 21st and 22nd of September 2007, Iceland will host the 5th Worldwide Strength Competition for the Handicapped.

The competition will be divided into two categories: wheelchair and standing. Both categories will be open to the developmentally disabled.On each day competitors will attempt three to four different feats of strength.

Challenges include the following: Car-pulling by hand, Truck-pulling, Log-lifting, Shoulder Press, Farmer’s Walk, Rock-Lifting, Hercules’ Hold and Loading.
