Nominate Outstanding Youth for Stars of SHINE 2008!

Stars of SHINE (SOS) is a youth role model award held in concurrent with SHINE Youth Festival. Over 200,000 youth were part of SHINE 2007 with a wide assortment of activities. The award was inaugurated in 2007 and it is jointly supported by MCYS and The National Youth Council.

The objectives of “Stars of SHINE 2008” are to highlight youth who have inspiring life-changing experiences that could inspire their peers; Profile these youths as positive role models to their peers and at the same time and showcase youth that have made a difference to other youth.

There will be three award categories under SOS 2008; Youth Inspiration Award, Youth Venturer Award and Youth Contribution Award. The award is opened to Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and international students / expatriates residing in Singapore aged 13 to 35 years.
