QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF ATHLETICS COACH
FOR SINGAPORE DISABILITY SPORTS COUNCIL (SDSC)

Start Date: July 2013
End Date: June 2015

Scope of Services:

1. Coaching the SDSC athletics team (track & field/wheelchair racing)

 

2. At least 2 coaches (preferably 1 for track, 1 for field) to be present at all training sessions

 

3. To produce yearly training plans for the athletes including performance and training targets agreed upon by the athletes and endorsed by SDSC. This is to allow maximum participation at major international competitions and championships.

 

4. To plan and oversee the entire athletics development programme including junior development programmes, like Learn to play, Athletics for Kids, SDSC Development Centres (Athletics) in schools/organizations to ensure the continuous development of athletes to the elite level

 

5. To be responsible for the athletes’ physical development and safety.

 

6. To accompany athletes on overseas training and competitions.

 

Age: Above 21 years old

 

Language of Instruction: English

Contract Price: Up to $2400 per month

Vendor to provide a proposal on the following (Sample Annex A):

-No. of trainings per week (minimum 2 hrs each session)

-No. of trainings per week (minimum 2 hrs each session)

Other cost: Cost for additional training
