This is a ranking event. Sailors will earn points from participation in this event, which will count towards their selection for overseas competitions.

Eligibility and Entry
The regatta is open to boats of ACCESS 2.3.
A minimum of 5 entries for a class is required to form an event.
All competitors must have at least Sailabilty Singapore Basic Sailing Level 1 certificate or equivalent.

Entries may be accepted after the closing date at the discretion of the Organising Authority and shall be subjected to a late entry fee of S$20.00 non-
