These three workshops will be held in conjunction with the 1st Singapore Boccia Invitational Open 2007. Boccia is a fast growing sport in Singapore, which is spreading in the community sectors. Created as a sport for the severely disabled, Boccia is a ball game which demands precision and strategization. Currently, it is also being developed into a community sport which can be enjoyed by the elderly.
These are the FIRST coaching, refereeing and classification workshops on Boccia in Singapore, and amongst the few in the world.
