Human Resources Intern

Brief Description

The position is responsible for supporting the Corporate Services team to improve employee management and engagement practices, and employee well-being, to make the SDSC an organisation that is appreciated by its people.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. To maintain the Staff Handbook
  2. To support communications with employees on organisation practices and requirements though drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  3. To value-add to team discussions and implementations on employee compensation, benefits and well-being
  4. To support payroll and staff claims, if deemed suitable
  5. To consolidate a HR manual to guide HR practices
  6. To fulfil other duties as requested by Head of Corporate Services

  1. To learn about process review and improvement
  2. To be able to communicate with internal stakeholders
  3. To apply organisation skills and critical thinking

9.00am – 6.00pm

Minimum Qualification

Pre-U / ‘A’ Level
